Dr. Nasser has held a number of leadership positions for various organizations in different market sectors. He co-founded Al Tayyar Travel & Tourism, Naeem Commercial Services Ltd, and PROFRA. Presently, he is the Chairman for CPS and on the Board of Directors at Al Salaam Aircraft Co. Ltd., International Food Co., National Tourism Co., Naeem Holding Co. and El Maghraby Medical Co. Ltd.
Dr. Nasser has a Ph.D from the School of Nuclear Engineering at Purdue University and a Master of Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Mr. Elagazy is the CEO of CPS, a United States based company specializing power and telecommunication solutions, and is the chairman of Pacific Telecom Council. Prior to CPS, Mr. Elagazy led the business development and international relations for a large U.S. data center developer in the EMEA region with a focus in maximizing energy efficiency. He was also a founding member of Gulf Bridge International (GBI), and helped build the global network for Verizon.
Mr. Elagazy has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cairo University.
Mr. Doherty is the COO of CPS, and the CEO of TFD Consulting, LLC. Prior to CPS, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for a large global data center provider, was the Principal for U.S. based engineering firm, and was the Director of Real Estate for Verizon. Mr. Doherty's experience includes building the FiOs and Global networks, and he specializes in simplifying the complex for technical projects.
Mr. Doherty has his Master of Business Administration and his Master of Civil/Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University. He also has a B.S.of Environmental Science & Biology from Springfield College.
